A web platform for an optical lens distributor in Dakar: opticians order prescription lenses from a client portal, and the distributor's team runs the catalogue, orders, lab exports and deliveries from a back-office.

Overview
Opticians enter corrections for one or both eyes (sphere, cylinder, axis and addition), copy the right eye to the left in one click and add the wearer's details.
They follow each order through pending, in progress, shipped and delivered, get notifications, and send profile changes to the distributor for approval. On the distributor's side, the catalogue organises lenses, frames and services by group, family and sub-family, with purchase and sale prices in CFA francs, stock and optical parameters, and clients, products and suppliers can be imported and exported from spreadsheet templates. Orders are exported to the lens lab as files that can be previewed and downloaded again, labels print on A4 sheets and delivery notes in A5 landscape. A live dashboard, staff roles and a log of every operation complete the back-office.
