Overview

Passengers open the map, see nearby taxis, choose a destination and get a fixed price, with or without luggage, before they confirm.

The server then looks for the nearest available driver and moves on if the first one declines. Passengers follow the driver live during the ride and rate the trip at the end. Drivers go online, receive offers showing distance, price and luggage, navigate to the passenger and on to the destination, and manage a prepaid wallet and their verification documents. The three key ride actions (arrived, start and complete) keep working without network coverage. From the back-office, operators follow the fleet on a live map, review driver documents, draw fare zones on the map, handle incidents and adjust how the platform behaves, with access profiles and an audit log.
