Couvert
A connected restaurant platform spanning guest reservations, self-service ordering, kitchen production and live service management.

- Web, Touch kiosk, Kitchen display

Overview
Couvert gives guests the exact table and seat they want, then keeps that reservation connected to pre-orders, walk-in kiosk orders and the kitchen.
During service, the same live floor plan drives the kitchen display and management tools, so the team can follow covers, tickets, tables, payments and staffing without reconciling separate systems.
Seat-level reservations and pre-orders for guests
Touch-first walk-in ordering and contactless payment
Live kitchen tickets, floor operations and analytics

The challenge
Unify four very different restaurant touchpoints around one source of truth while keeping each interface fast and legible in its real environment.
The solution
A shared React product system adapts to guest web flows, a 27-inch touch kiosk, a high-density kitchen display and the restaurant's management dashboard, all centred on the same seat-level floor plan and service data.
Screens
20 screens, in context.
Self-service kiosk
One terminal, one guided flow.
A 27-inch touch experience takes walk-in guests from arrival to their table without breaking the service rhythm.
Select a step or open the terminal to inspect it

Kraftline
A native iOS and Android app for a foodservice packaging distributor: restaurants, cafés and bakeries reorder supplies in a few taps, and the distributor's team runs the catalogue and orders from the same app.
